Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care and skincare devices may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
